Chia seed puddings.

"I meal prep these chia seed puddings often for breakfast. It's almond milk and chia seeds and it's super simple to make. I then make a frozen berry couli on top as that gives it some sweetness plus honey. It's packed with protein, I usually have a banana or something with it and overall it takes me 15 minutes to meal prep five jars." - Isabella.

"This is my favourite breakfast to eat at the moment. It's chilli scrambled eggs on top of ajvar and toast. Ajwar is a roasted red capsicum and eggplant spread originating from Serbia. It's SO good. I buy the ready-made option from Woolworths (my favourite is the Mama's Homestyle Ajvar) but you can make it yourself too!" - Basmah.

"For meal prep this week I made a spinach quiche. It's a quick and easy source of protein, I just chuck a piece into the air fryer before I leave in the morning." - Morgan.

Protein shake.

"First thing in the morning I have a coffee, because coffee. After that, I'm usually a) in a rush and b) not very hungry, but want to give my body some energy, so to grab something I can take on the go, I have a Collagen Co meal replacement shake (vanilla is my fave — If I'm super short on time, I'll skip the morning coffee and just add a shot to the shake, with some ice). If I have a bit more time, I'll blitz a smoothie with frozen berries, milk and Keep It Cleaner Vanilla Protein Powder. It's just EASY."

"If I have more time in the morning, I'll literally put a wrap in an oven-safe dish, crack an egg in and scramble it, top with whatever (cheese, tomato) and whack it in the air fryer." - Alix.

Blueberry protein pancakes.

"This is my favourite breakfast and I'll wake up that little bit earlier to make it — I swear it always gives me the best start to the day! I combine vanilla protein powder with blueberries, eggs and almond milk (I sometimes add oats) and make a batch of pancakes, refrigerating them for the rest of the week. I'll also add some fruit, honey and yoghurt — it's seriously so good!" - Sinead.

"This is actually so simple and quick and it always tastes amazing. I just whisk eggs with almond milk, cook them in a pan and throw them on a bagel with avocado. One of my favourites — it keeps me full for hours!" - Erin.

"My usual go-to breakfast is this! I just add Greek yoghurt to muesli and chop up some fruit — usually strawberries (if they're not too expensive!) or bananas and drizzle some honey over the top. Delicious!" - Payal.

Breakfast frittata with ham.

"I usually have a coffee and two boiled eggs as my brekkie, as I feel quite nauseous if I eat too much in the morning for some reason, I'm genuinely curious if other people get this too. But if I have a little more time I meal prep a frittata with egg, ham, cheese, cherry tomatoes and spinach and cut it into slices and bring it in to eat at the office." - Helena.

Salmon and cream cheese bagels.

"I've recently become obsessed with salmon and cream cheese on bagels — and I don't think I'm ever going back to boring old cereal. I just toast a bagel, spread some cream cheese on top and add some salmon on top. It's sooo tasty. I'm also a fan of instant coffee (don't @ me) — my fave is Moccona caramel with almond milk! This breakfast takes like 10 minutes to make and always sets me up for the day." - Erin.
