Leah Costa competed for the love of Matty J in season five of The Bachelor but was sent home relatively early in episode seven.
The 25-year-old is renowned for an awkward moment when she told Matty’s sister Kate that she had once worked as a topless waitress – which caused apparent outrage amongst The People – despite the fact that Blake Garvey, Fireman Cam and Lee Elliot had been linked to similar pursuits.
Leah describes herself as “unapologetically me” and a “free spirit” and “architecture slave,” on her Instagram, and according to her LinkedIn profile, currently works in Event Management & Promotional Staffing and has just finished her studies in Construction Management and Architecture.
During her stint on The Bachelor she became close friends with fellow contestant Jen Hawke and gave her a shoutout on her Instagram after she was evicted.
“You are better than anything I ever could have hoped for. In hell I found a little piece of heaven in you,” Leah wrote on her Instagram.
I know we can’t seem to catch a break and sometimes it feels like the whole world is conspiring against us. But damn the stars, I choose you. And no matter what the odds, no challenge or obstacle will ever be enough to stand in our way. I love you @jolfie. You are better than anything I ever could have hoped for ???? Since her Bachelor stint Leah’s been linked with The Project presenter and comedian Tommy Little. She also reportedly dated David Witko from Sam Frost’s season of The Bachelorette.
Bachelor in Paradise is coming to Australia for the first time and we are EXCITED.
