A NSFW website, unpaid minors and a cardigan. The messiest allegations against Kanye West.

In June, Kanye West's former assistant opened a lawsuit against the rap star, accusing him of sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination.

One month later, another legal case has surfaced alleging that West fostered a discriminatory workplace environment, subjected both adult and minor employees to gruelling hours, and referred to them as "new slaves".

Here's everything we know.

Lauren Pisciotta's allegations against Kanye West.

Per Rolling StoneLauren Pisciotta filed court papers last month, shedding light on the alleged lewd behaviour, including explicit messages sent from West — now legally known as Ye — and an incident on a plane flight to Paris.

There are also serious claims levelled against West regarding his treatment of wife Bianca Censori.

The Australian architect and model married West in 2022, shortly after his divorce from Kim Kardashian.

Pisciotta claims she saw Kanye ask his wife for sexual favours for himself and also his male friends at his Yeezy office.

"Later that evening at the office, Kanye West a.k.a. Ye asked Bianca Censori and other female guests to perform oral sex on him and his male guests in the office changing room," Pisciotta said.

"In August 2022 at the Yeezy/Gap office, Kanye West a.k.a. Ye required Plaintiff to remove her cardigan while she was in the office because he said, 'It was covering too much.'"

Pisciotta also claims she was tasked with helping find women to bring into West and Censori's bedroom antics.

"Kanye West a.k.a. Ye would require Plaintiff to co-ordinate Uber rides for women to meet with him. On one such occasion, in August 2022, after Plaintiff had arranged an Uber ride, Kanye West a.k.a. Ye and Bianca Censori called Plaintiff wanting to discuss the orgy [five-some] they had participated in the day before."

The court papers describe Pisciotta working in the music industry for 15 years, going on to collaborate with West on his first Yeezy women's line and even three tracks on his 2021 Donda album.

Their partnership was allegedly strengthened in 2021 when West hired her as his "Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant", offered the eye-watering annual salary of USD $1 million (AUD $1.5 million).

This was under the condition that Pisciotta made herself available to Ye "24/7".

Pisciotta says she became a full-time employee, but adds that she was already making $1 million annually from her career on OnlyFans and content creation on social media.

The papers say that while Ye had no issue with her online presence at first, in 2022 he asked her to be "God like" and delete her account in exchange for $1 million, which she did.

From there, Pisciotta claims that she was the recipient of lewd texts from West, and that he performed sex acts in front of her.

The contents of the alleged texts are included in the suit, such as, "See my problem is I be wanting to f**k but then after I f**k I want a girl to tell me how hard they been f**ked while I'm f**king them." Adding, "Then I want her to cheat on me."

West also allegedly sent, "Is my d**k racist? I’m going to stare at pictures of white woman with black asses and beat the s**t out of my racist d**k."

She claims that West would also masturbate on the phone with her while pretending to discuss work-related matters and sent videos of himself having sex with a woman. Pisciotta's suit continues that he would ask her to deliver him a sexual enhancement "honey" and was "fixated on the penis size" of her boyfriends.

Perhaps the biggest claim in the suit is an incident that allegedly occurred on a plane to Paris with other Yeezy employees on board.

Allegedly, West asked to talk to Pisciotta before trapping them inside a room on the plane (which could only be opened from the outside). She says he laid on the bed and masturbated as she sat in a chair across from him until he slept.

Throughout 2021 and early 2022, Ye was in the process of finalising his divorce. Kim Kardashian filed for divorce in early January 2021, but the divorce wasn't complete until March 2, 2022.

Pisciotta's case also takes aim at the Yeezy company, with her having been promoted to Chief of Staff in September 2022.

She claims to have been offered an additional USD $3 million (AUD $4.5 million) for her promotion, before being fired the following month, and then offered the same amount in a severance package that she did not receive.

She is suing for fraud, unpaid wages, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

In a statement given to PEOPLE on June 5, Ye responded, claiming that he is counter-suing Pisciotta for her "baseless allegations", however the publication reports that no lawsuit has been officially filed as yet.

Ye has reportedly accused Pisciotta of "blackmail and extortion", including "demands" of "$50 [million]".

His lawyer attests Pisciotta's termination was due to being "unqualified" and "demanding unreasonable sums of money". The statement also alleges that she "stole" Ye's phone to "destroy phone records".

It adds that she "used sexual coercion in an attempt to demand not only money but material items, namely Hermès Birkin bags, a Lamborghini” and “plastic surgery.”

Pisciotta has yet to respond.

The latest lawsuit against Kanye West and his former Chief of Staff, Milo Yiannopoulos.

Less than a month after Lauren filed her lawsuit against West, several additional employees have stepped forward, now accusing the rapper, his former Chief of Staff Milo Yiannopoulos, and Censori of a range of inappropriate behaviours.

The lawsuit, filed in a US District Court per TMZ, claims that West and his associates were involved in "forced labour and cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment."

It further alleges that Censori sent pornographic material to staff that was accessible to minors after West announced the launch of his adult film business, Yeezy Porn, back in April.

Despite the disturbing allegations, Censori was not included as a defendant in the lawsuit alongside West and Milo.

West and Milo are accused of making false promises to pay both adult and minor employees, subjecting them to long hours of work, and demeaning them with racist remarks, referring to them as "new slaves".

The two allegedly hired a team of international developers, some as young as 14, to assist in building the porn app and a streaming platform called YZYVSN, which was set to promote West's upcoming albums, Vultures and Vultures 2.

According to TMZ's report, both West and Milo intentionally fostered a hostile work environment for employees of colour by appointing white managers who ridiculed Black and Hispanic workers. Allegedly, Milo referred to one young employee as a "school shooter" and sent a Black or brown skin tone emoji to a Black team member.

Milo was also accused of reneging on his commitment to pay the developers $120,000 upon completing the app, under the condition that they work rigorous hours without complaint.

The team purportedly had to sign nondisclosure agreements or risk termination without compensation. Minor developers were allegedly forced to sign volunteer agreements.

The employees are seeking damages for unpaid wages and severe emotional distress. Reps for West and Milo are yet to respond.

In May, Milo resigned from his position at Yeezy, citing that his intentions to enter the adult industry conflicted with his personal values.

"I cannot be complicit in the production or dissemination of pornographic films and literature, for moral and religious reasons, but also because such material and the kind of people invariably involved it its production represent an imminent danger to my life as a recovering addict and an unacceptable risk to my spiritual and physical health as a former homosexual," he told TMZ.

While this case is a new suit against West, it's not the first time he has been tied to explicit material.

In November 2022, multiple Yeezy employees claimed to have been shown pornography and inappropriate photos of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.

West has previously admitted to a "full-on pornography addiction".

The suit is the latest in a series of difficult turns for the Yeezy company, after it lost its Adidas contract in 2022 due to Ye wearing a "White Lives Matter" T-shirt and sharing anti-Semitic views.

He has since signed a new contract with Nike.
