We all know there are a few places where you shouldn’t whip out your phone and snap a quick selfie.
Like, in the middle of a funeral. Or at the gym to body shame someone else.
And definitely while your sister is in unimaginable pain in the middle of pushing a baby out of her body.
But that’s exactly what Kat Armendariz, a photographer, decided to do while she was keeping her sister, Kimberly Ramirez, company in the delivery room.
“SELFIE! While my sister is about to shove a baby out her vag!” she captioned the pic.
From the look on Kimberley’s face, she’s clearly SUPER EXCITED about the timing of her sister’s snap.
Some weren't happy with Kat's decision to take the photo while her sister was busy bringing life into the world.
"If someone took my picture while I was in labor, I would make a point of keeping my placenta just so I could throw it at them," one person wrote.
Another added, "Just in case you didn't know, your sister hates your guts!"
But Kat explained that her sister was able to see the "funny side" of her well-timed post.
LISTEN: It's Showtime: Here's what goes down when labour arrives.
"She wasn't in too much pain at first, so she thought it was pretty funny," she told Mashable.
"I told her I was going to do it, she just started the oxytocin and the labor pains began almost instantly.
"She started to feel it and right when she was like, 'Oh my god I can't take this', I took the photo."
Oh, and Kat is herself a mum of five, so if anyone knows the pain of childbirth, it's definitely her.

Such a 'sister' thing to do! Very funny. (Although I hope she checked with her sister before posting!)
