The Stan Original Dating Series Love Triangle is back for a second chaotic season.

Alert the group chat, pre-order some soft cheeses and prepare your loins because a brand new season of Stan Original Dating Series Love Triangle is about to hit screens.

From the (evil) geniuses that brought us Married at First Sight comes a follow-up Love Triangle season which will introduce a new batch of six singles to take part in the ultimate love experiment.

And this time around, the season will be narrated by former MAFS bride, Ella Ding, who can offer all her expertise on dating strangers on TV.

Ella first rose to fame on season nine of MAFS being matched with Mitch Eynaud. The couple didn't last past final vows after Mitch dumped Ella in the finale. After the season ended, Ella started podcast Sit With Us with co-star Domenica Calarco, and did a brief stint on UK reality show, Made In Chelsea

The second season of Love Triangle will return with a double episode premiering on October 5, only on Stan.

Watch the trailer for Love Triangle season two here. Post continues after video.

Love Triangle features six singles who are each matched with two suitors. At first, they can only communicate via text and phone calls. The rule is that no one can physically describe themselves so selfies and FaceTiming are out of the question.

After three days of only communicating virtually, the singles must choose the match they think has the most potential. The strangers then meet face-to-face, before moving in together for the ultimate relationship test.

Season two of the Stan Original Dating Series is produced by Endemol Shine Australia (a Banijay company), the Director of Content is Tara McWilliams (Married at First Sight), Executive Producer is Mollie Harwood (Married At First Sight), Executive Producer is Alex Spurway (Married at First Sight), 9Network Executive Producer is John Walsh (Married at First Sight, The Voice), along with Stan Executive Producers Cailah Scobie and Amanda Duthie and from 9Network Michael Healy and Adrian Swift.

Last year season's breakout stars were short-lived couple Patrick and Lisa who were both horny chaos demons from beginning to end.

Season one was rocked by a twist was that meant that the third person would move in with the newly-formed couple, and season two promises another bombshell to be dropped on our singles. Bring it!

The first two episodes of season two of the Stan Original Series Love Triangle will premiere October 5, followed by a brand new episode every Thursday, only on Stan.
