Khloe Kardashian was broken up with in the most crushing way possible.

If you thought Jack Berger breaking up with Carrie Bradshaw on a Post-It note was brutal, you haven’t heard anything yet.

It turns out Khloe Kardashian has a breakup story that will make your ex seem like the most sensitive, considerate guy on the planet (it’s important to remember that he’s really not, Khlo’s former boyfriend just deserves a medal for being the Ass Of The Century).

Khloe’s not the only one to go through a bad breakup. What was the last text you received from your ex? Post continues after video…

To set the scene, Khlo was 17-years-old, living in L.A., and was positively smitten with her first proper boyfriend. Unfortunately, as with many young relationships, things didn’t exactly go to plan.

Ready for this?

“He was so mean,” the star wrote to her fans on her app. “He lived in L.A. but his mom lived in Atlanta, so on Valentine’s Day, he told me he was going back home to Atlanta and just left and never came back.”

That wasn’t the last time Khloe heard from her disappearing boyfriend, however. It wasn’t long before he called her and asked her to fly to Atlanta and meet him. Going against the advice her dad, Robert Kardashian Sr, gave her, Khloe hopped on the five-hour flight.

You might be able to see where this is going…

“The guy NEVER picked me up from the airport!!! He never showed! I got a voicemail from him and he said, ‘I’m sorry. I can’t do this.’ I was 17, in Atlanta, with no money or credit cards.”

Luckily, her dad was pretty understanding about the whole ordeal, booking her a night in a nearby hotel and a return flight the very next day. To the now 31-year-old’s relief, the pair never discussed it again.

“My dad and I never, ever talked about it again. He knew how heartbroken and embarrassed I was, and I’m so thankful that he never said, ‘I told you so’.”
