The one where only half the cast of Friends got invited to Jennifer Aniston’s wedding.

Cast your mind back 15 years ago.

Are you still talking to every person you knew then? What’s more, would you be willing to shelve out at least $500 to have them attend your wedding?

I am going to answer on your behalf and say no, no, no absolutely not.

For this reason, I am on #teamJenniferAniston in her decision to not invite all of her co-stars from her days working on Friends to her super secret wedding.

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux.

Reports are circulating that

Joey

 Matt LeBlanc,

Chandler

Matthew Perry and

Ross

David Schwimmer did not make the very exclusive list of attendees.

Aniston, 46, did invite the women from the sitcom though, with

Monica

Courteney Cox taking the role of Maid of Honour and

Phoebe

Lisa Kudrow probably taking the role of official guitar player (we can only hope).

The decision has been met with cries of “but what about the reunion we all wanted!?” and “this effects me personally for some reason!”.

But you know what? I get it, Jen.

Not everyone you work with throughout your life is wedding worthy, even if they are super famous.

According to People, LeBlanc and Perry have spoken out about the incident, but have said the equivalent of “I’m breezy” so you know it’s fine.

LeBlanc. 48, said, “I think they’re a great couple. I think she’s happy. And that’s all I care about is that Jen’s happy. If she wanted me there, I would have been there.”

Which definitely-absolutely-positively does not sound bitter. At all.

LeBlanc also wanted us to know that he was invited to Aniston’s first wedding but couldn’t go.

“I missed when she married Brad [Pitt]. I was in Austria working. She called me, and she was like, ‘You’re really not coming to my wedding?’ And I was like, ‘I asked them if they could change the schedule. I would fly and clap and fly out.’ And they said, ‘We can’t do it. It’s too tight.’ It was a small-budget movie in Austria you’ve never heard of. Probably should have left anyway, but s— happens. What are you going to do?”

Leblanc also told People, “Jen’s like my little sister. Courteney [Cox] and Lisa [Kudrow] are like my big sisters, but Jen’s like my little sister. Matthew’s like my little brother, and David [Schwimmer]’s like my big brother. That’s how it all broke down. And it’s literally just like chronological.”

Speaking to People, Matthew Perry,45, explained his own absence at the wedding by saying, “I wasn’t invited. So what can you do?”

We are yet to hear from

Ross

Schwimmer, we can only assume this is because he is still torn up by not ending up with

Rachel

 Aniston.

Fair enough, really.

Because the focus of the wedding absolutely should be on Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux, here are some very happy snaps of the newly-weds.
