The Real Beauty Dove campaign hired a forensic sketch artist to draw women exactly how they described themselves, and then how a stranger described them. The results were startling.
And now a new parody is set to challenge the way you think about… male anatomy.
Alright, balls.

Hilarious!
I wonder if I find this funny because I really didn't like the original dove ad (cue horrified females everywhere).
I thought the original ad was just, well, kind of silly. I didn't believe it was genuine, and it was so over stylised and soppy.
As a woman, I know we all have terrible self image. We are too quick to look at our faults and not rejoice in the wonderful things about our bodies. I don't need a ad (from a company who also sells lynx, ug) to reconfirm this. I don't think it shows us anything new or help in anyway.
And who says that men don't suffer from poor image about their testicles?
It is an interesting observation that when it comes to mens "bits" we seem to find humour in them, but womans "bits" are seen as so much more serious. Maybe if we had a sense of humour about our bodies as well, it might help things?
I love a good parody. Some people are so uptight!
Speaking of balls.
