This is an ad telling the story of Phil Pace, a bodybuilder and a contender in the Mr Australia bodybuilder title.
Bodybuilding, you might say, is an extreme sport. An extreme sport now used to advertise an extreme product – but what product?
Remember to watch till the very end. Just watch.

Ach, this comment is so late!
Funny. I saw this as a little bit of a piss-take on the guy. All that guff he goes through, taking himself so seriously with the 4 hourly meals and the type of food he consumes. And it all ends up with him in the loo with his pants down, having a giant crap. With the amount of protein he eats, most likely with massive constipation too. Yes, she is clearly a long-suffering fiance putting up with a long list of demands but, as the ad mentions, they just got engaged. WIll she marry him..?! ;)
If this ad shows equality in a relationship, how come he's "Phil Pace" and she's "his SO" or "the woman"? I want my son to think somebody's going to wipe his b*m for him and my daughter to think that's what women do? Show me the follow-up ad when he's shopping for her tampons, cooking while she's watching TV, down on his knees cleaning the loo, making the bed with fresh sheets, hand-washing her good jumper, washing up the dishes, and bringing her a cup of tea in bed ... hell, where I even see him smile and mouth the words, "Thank you" ... and you MIGHT start scraping back onto the shopping list. Until then, even your brand name's making me throw up.
