1 banana

1 cup of frozen blueberries

1 cup of spinach

1 cup of kale

1/2 of a cup of water/almond milk/coconut water

3 cups of your favourite juice or coconut water

1 orange

¾ cup of acidophilus yoghurt

3 flat teaspoons of linseed (optional)
