I’m 47 years old work full time have 3 kids 27 23 and 16 two grandkids 7 and 2 

I’m always so tired 😴 

I have a day off and I hide from everyone 

All I won’t is a rest 

I have no energy or interest in leaving the house on my day of 

10 years ago I would be like a machine on my day off 

Wash mop vac do the groceries now the one child left at home is always complaining there’s no food 

I feel life was easier with 3 little children and a part time job 

Gone are those days 

And not to mention trying to help everyone including the older children with all there problems 

No wonder we burn out
