you've put into words what i'm feeling. It's a constant battle, a constant fight against friends, family, the workplace, people who barely know me and think I'm just being the "uber paranoid one".  This explosion of cases in NSW could have been prevented, hospitals could have been managed better to allow for those at high risk to have a bed if and when required.  The strong & healthy take their good health for granted and will often invalidate or diminish the concerns of a vulnerable person.  It's sadly human nature - people won't "get it" until they actually get it.
