Kids don’t smell. My 8 and 6 year olds get baths once or twice a week. When they get older and start to get body odour, then they will be required to shower every day.

I had my first child at age 35 followed by twins at 38, which is perfect. I had my 20s to go out and have fabulous fun with fabulous friends. In my late 20s when I met my husband we had 7 years to get to know each other and travel all over the world.  By the time my first arrived I had a solid career that I could take as much leave as I wanted and then return part time. Having kids young has lots of advantages too but I am glad I had mine when I did as I wasn’t ready any earlier.

Hazel looks so much like her mum in the red carpet photo.

@ak87 I think Dan is quite popular amongst us Victorians. I am historically a Lib voter and even I vote for Dan.

@kyrstie.bollard CoVid hasn’t caused families to be separated for years it has only been going on for 18 months. Peoples choices to live far away from their families have kept them separated for years.

@mjte yes maybe if he spent more time focusing on his new life and less time spinning lies and sledging his family he’d be happier.

Awesome article. I have just decided to become a non drinker myself and it is encouraging to read about others who have made the same life affirming decision.

Seven minutes is a long time for young children and you couldn’t see them from where you were.

I had newborn twins and a two year old. It is difficult to manage but you do. The only time I left them in the car was at the petrol station, they never left my sight and I would only go in to pay if there was no line, 30 seconds in total.

Great article. I think we are all guilty of some of those before we have kids. I used to get very annoyed when I’d hear a toddler having a tantrum in the supermarket. Now I empathise with the parents and feel grateful it is not one of mine having the meltdown.

Spoiler alert, most of their Instagram followers are probably purchased fake accounts.

These gloves are a ridiculous idea however I do wrap my used sanitary items in the wrapper or toilet paper. I would find it pretty gross if I looked in a bin and found used tampons chucked in as is.

I don’t care what they say, I have done it at least a hundred times and I can say It is very painful at the beginning. Every single time until things warm up a bit down there. And I can’t say I ever enjoyed it, I just did it cause my partner enjoyed it.

I recommend it be avoided at all costs!

Yep, he started off a bit slow but got cheekier with each joke and I enjoyed it!
