I've followed Hannah's story since that beyond tragic event in 2020. The work Lloyd and Sue Clarke have done in the public space to bring to the attention of our entire nation the violent act of coercive control is astounding. This nation will never forget Hannah's name and there are so many DV survivors who will be forever grateful for your advocacy work. The tragic loss off their beautiful and vivacious daughter and three precious grandchildren is incomprehensible, but by using Hannah's story to help the many, many DV survivors within our community to fight back is powerful and making a real difference. Kudos Lloyd and Sue, your strength and determination and love for your family is commendable and so admirable. With love.

Well I'm a Rachel (born early 80s).. and I love my name, and the biblical meaning.. a Hebrew name meaning 'ewe' and 'one with purity', Rachel also symbolises compassion and kindness. Rachel also represents fertility, motherhood and affection. Rachel was the favoured wife of Jacob, and mother to Joseph and Benjamin.

I am always referred by my nickname 'Rach' haha, lucky for me lol!

Thank you for this article.. five kids including an almost 15yo with ASD and ADHD and mental health and one of my almost 3yo twins with ASD as well.. the days seem long, however the years are short. Endless therapies, refereeing between the five kids, I really do try and find even just five minutes for myself each and every day.. prioritising my own physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health means I am the best version of me and in turn those I love also get the best version of me.

Carer gateway has also been a wonderful support for me. I highly recommend any carer make contact with them and see now they could assist. You don't need to be in NDIS to access Carer Gateway either.
I see you ❤️❤️

Agree with everything you’ve suggested.. except the HA… total game changer for this Mumma.. at 40 years of age I have always had fine, dry skin.. since adding The Ordinary’s HA into my simple regime, my skin looks and feels so much more hydrated.. 10/10 for the HA!
