This post is for anyone who has ever said, "if only I had one more hour in every day".

Do you ever think to yourself, “If I just had an extra 30 minutes to get ready in the morning,” or, “If I only had an extra hour at night,” then life would be perfect?

The problem is that everything you do in the morning and at night is important, and you can’t cut anything out. You have to have a shower and brush your teeth, you have to get dressed, you have to have breakfast, even if it’s just coffee and a banana in the car, or while walking to the bus stop or train station. You have to make dinner, you have to tidy up.

So it’s not about cutting things out. It’s about doing what you do, differently.

Can you wake up ten minutes earlier? Can you do more during the commercials of your favourite TV shows, or even during your favourite TV shows? Can you prepare your clothes for the week, and lunches and snacks on the weekend? Of course you can.

Can’t think of any ways to find a few minutes each day? In part three of our eight-part 5 to 9 diaries, we ask, “What are the tips and tricks you use to get through the day?”

Trust us, these tips and tricks will change your life.

What are your tips for getting through the busy days?

NESCAFÉ Café Menu® Team, has acknowledged that the modern Australian woman is busier and working longer hours than ever before.

Research shows that the traditional 9 to 5 workday does not exist; instead 5 to 9 is a better reflection of modern women today.

To salute the heroic efforts of women and encourage them to take a moment for themselves, we have re-recorded the classic song, ‘9 to 5’ and created a music video showcasing all the challenges women deal with in their 5 to 9 day.
