Kourtney Kardashian reveals how becoming a mum changed her.

This celebrity was obsessed with what the world thought of her, until she had children.

Kourtney Kardashian, 35, has explained how parenthood has changed her, after explaining that she cares less about her public image and more about her children.

Kourtney told Natural Health Magazine: “I used to get Google Alerts to be aware of what was being said [about me] but it was just a waste of time. [My kids] make it really easy for me not to pay attention.”

Becoming a mum also saw Kourtney make healthier food choices, for the wellbeing of her children.

“I was not raised this way—people just weren’t as aware of healthy eating as they are today. When I got home from school, my snack was a bag of chips or cookies, and as an adult, I didn’t even know what organic meant — I’d just go to the market and buy the same things my mum bought. I didn’t really have any thoughts about it before I had my kids,” Kourtney explained.

“Starting off, I was big on breastfeeding; I nursed my first for 14 months and my second for 16. That was important to me. Then I began making their baby food myself, all of it organic. After that, I was super cautious about what to introduce into their diets. I called a bunch of the restaurants in my neighborhood that I had assumed served all-organic food, and so many didn’t!” Kourtney said.

Kourtney is expecting her third child with her partner Scott Disick. The pair are mum and dad to Mason, 4, and Penelope, 2.
