This debate tends to be a fiery one. Those who believe the more sleep the better, up against those who take a certain pride in declaring that they’re totally fine running on 3 hours of sleep.
But, let’s be real here. Working hours are getting longer, TV shows are getting better, and frankly, the only time we ever get alone without the kids is at night.
