ICYMI, the pair were videoed having a truly WILD kiss in the Japanese capital, with absolutely no f**ks given at all for the fact that there were... a lot of people around, watching on.

The Daily Mail got its hands on the video, because of course it did, and published a story on March 26, which sent everyone into a tizzy.

It appears that the two were both going in for wildly different types of kisses. Their mouths met at exactly the wrong time. There's a grey van involved, which is the least sexy vehicle on this earth. It gave me an ick I am yet to shake.

But as offensive to the eyes as the whole thing was, the gossip to come out of this story is incredible - from highly invasive speculation, to teams in a panic, to the end of a famous friendship. It's a lot. Enjoy.

Em Rata is 'begging' Olivia Wilde for forgiveness.

Quick background:

Olivia Wilde and Harry Styles dated for almost two years before splitting in November 2022. Olivia Wilde and Em Rata are friendly - it seems like they first met at a Styles concert in Paris last year, and they publicly hung out at an Oscars party earlier in March.

Plus, Ratajkowski told Elle UK she felt "protective" of Wilde, who was engulfed by drama during the publicity campaign for her film (which starred Styles), Don't Worry Darling. 

So that all puts into context this headline from Page Six: 'Emily Ratajkowski 'begging' for Olivia Wilde’s forgiveness after Harry Styles PDA'.

"This is a betrayal," a source told the publication, adding Ratajkowski was "begging [Wilde] for forgiveness".

Whether true or not, Wilde apparently doesn't even care.

"She is staying far away from this and taking the high road," another source said.

"She is focused on her kids and her work. She wants nothing to do with this mess."

Love that energy.

Harry Styles and Em Rata had been in contact for 'a while'.

According to a source who spoke to People — these 'sources' are blabbing everywhere! — Styles and Ratajkowski had been in contact for "a while" prior to this whole thing.

"Harry and Emily know each other. They have been friendly for a while," they said, while also confirming that Wilde and Ratajkowski were 'friendly' too.

But I have actual receipts.

In November, in the same week that Styles and Wilde's breakup came to light, he followed Ratajkowski on Instagram. And in a 2014 interview, he also said the model was his celebrity crush.

A very weird threesome rumour.

Admittedly, this entire story is weird. But not this weird!

For a while now, people have been speculating about a supposed hook-up between Styles, Wilde and Ratajkowski following the Paris concert we mentioned earlier.

It's mostly done the rounds on social media and in the DMs of gossip Instagram Deuxmoi, which makes sense because it's... kind of unverifiable, right? Like, there are only three people in the world who would know! And we certainly haven't heard it from them!

Deuxmoi's since planted her flag in 'team it didn't happen', so who knows? But also, we absolutely don't need to know!? So that's cool and fine!

'It's a s**tstorm'.

In a Q&A session on Instagram, an anonymous follower told Deuxmoi that those close to Styles and Ratajkowski are not having a great time.

In fact, "it's a f**king sh*tstorm", apparently.
