George and Amal Clooney have further endeared themselves into the hearts of us mere mortals (who knew it was possible?) by providing noise-cancelling headphones to passengers on a flight from the US to the UK.
Why? Because their little twins – six-month-old Alexander and Ella – were also on the flight and have just mastered the art of “squawking”.
The headphones were handed out alongside a handwritten note, signed “George and Amal”.
“Our twins just discovered squawking,” the note reads, as shared by US Weekly. “Hope this helps make the flight a little quieter.”

(And just a side note… Those twins can squawk around us any time they want.)
This comes after George’s long-time friend Rande Gerber told Daily Mail about the actor’s extreme generosity and humble upbringing.
Exactly one year before his 2014 wedding, on September 27 George invited his oldest, closest friends – “The Boys” – around for dinner.
“George begins to say, ‘Listen, I want you guys to know how much you’ve meant to me and how much you mean to me in my life’,” Gerber told Daily Mail.

They flew commercial? If true, I am shocked.
Like the "a million in twenty dollar bills in a single suitcase" story, this one is suss too. They were travelling in first class. In first and business class, you are given noise-cancelling headphones by the airline to use, anyway (and as frequent travellers, G&A would be well aware of this) - so giving a pair out to every passenger nearby seems like taking coals to Newcastle. I haven't read anywhere that their public generosity extended to those in cattle class.
Good PR, though. I wonder what's spurred this recent spate of "George is a great guy" stories?
