You can’t go wrong with honey, lemon, soda, apple juice and a nip of vodka (if you’re so inclined).

Sweet Honey Cocktail

67.5ml vodka

60ml apple juice

15ml boiling water

15ml honey

15ml lemon juice

1 slice lemon

Sparkling water

Stir boiling water and honey in a mixing glass. Add vodka and juices, pour into a glass with ice cubes. Top with sparkling water and garnish with lemon.

Sweet, sweet honey and soda.
