But, there is something you probably don’t know about Chrissie. She is quite the home cooking whiz, passing on her knowledge to her Instagram followers.

Yep, no cabonara in any real Italian recipe. It's "charcoal burner's pastas" - ie, something you cooked over a fire using the egg to thicken into a sauce along with a hunk of bacon you could carry out in the forest. Not a 300ml jar of thickened cream. Sheesh, does nobody ever run the common sense/quick check online/ask someone else in the office filter over these stories?
