âYouâre too tall.â âYour boobs are way too small.â âHow huge are your hips!?â âHave you put on weight?â
Sadly theyâre all phrases too many of us have uttered to ourselves throughout our lives. The beauty of getting older? Weâre able to look back at our 20-year-old self and see her for the beautiful, intelligent woman she is.
What golden piece of body image advice you would tell your 20-year-old self to help her see her potential?

The advice we'd give our younger selves.
Unfortunately, we canât go back in time and tell our younger selves the wisdom that comes with getting older (well, until someone makes time travel possible, obviously).
But that doesnât mean itâs pointless advice. It might be too late to be helpful to you, but itâs damn valuable for someone else who may still be going through the same thing. Pass this on to someone you think might need it.
