Elizabeth Olsen and Jesse Plemons star as Candy and Allan, whose extramarital affair leads one of them to pick up an axe.

You may be familiar with the story of Betty Gore's murder, especially as the same story was told in Disney+ series Candy just last year, but that doesn't mean there's little interest in this version. There are huge TV names attached: it was written by Big Little Lies and The Undoing's David E. Kelley and executive produced by Nicole Kidman.

The first three episodes of Love & Death premiere April 27 on Binge, followed by new episodes on Thursdays.

Eight years ago, Mason Kane (Richard Madden) and Nadia Sinh (Priyanka Chopra Jonas) had their memories wiped.

The pair were elite agents at global spy agency Citadel, until it was destroyed by a powerful, shadowy syndicate. Ever since, they've remained hidden with new identities, completely unaware of their pasts.

Then one night, Mason is tracked down by another former colleague, Bernard Orlick (Stanley Tucci), who needs their help.

The two spies then embark on a mission that takes them around the world, trying to save the world while also contending with secrets, lies, and — obviously! — a dangerous romantic plot.

Citadel drops April 28 on Prime Video.
