All signs point towards the fact that Ariana Grande is engaged toSaturday Night Live’sPete Davidson.

Yes, the same Pete Davidson she’s been dating for about three weeks.

Yes, the same Pete Davidson she became Instagram official with on May 30.

Yes, that was 12 days ago. Not that the timeline should matter, we’re just trying to give you all the facts.

According to US Weekly , the couple “were telling people that they’re engaged” at Robert Pattinson’s birthday party on the weekend.

And if it happened at the really pale guy fromTwilight’sbirthday party… itmustbe true.

So far their relationship has been brief and,erm, cloudy.

May 16:Pete Davidson announces that he has broken up with his longtime girlfriend, Cazzie David.

May 17:Pete Davidson posts a photo on Instagram. On his middle finger is a familiar looking cloud outline.

May 18:Ariana and Pete start liking each other’s posts on Instagram.

May 20:Pete is caught hanging around Ariana and her entourage at the Billboard Music Awards. Fans then discover a matching cloud tattoo on Ariana’s finger.

May 30:Pete posts a full photo of them together… in Hogwarts attire…withtheir cloud tattoos.

June 2:Pete gets two new tattoos. One is Grande’s iconic bunny ears mask from herDangerous Womancover. Another is a simple “AG”.

Coincidence? I think not.

June 9:Ariana is now postinga lotabout Pete.

June 11:Reports start circulating that Ariana and Pete (and their clouds) are engaged.

Case closed. They are most definitely (probably) engaged.
