Brace yourselves – because this is possibly the sweetest pregnancy announcement yet.

UK woman Beth Wilson recently gave her husband Jamie the surprise of a lifetime, just as they were about to start trying for baby number two via IVF.

The couple had struggled to conceive their first child, two-year-old Eli, and endured four failed, traumatic and costly IVF attempts before welcoming their son in 2014.

The pair were about to start the IVF process again - but amazingly, Beth, 34, discovered she had fallen pregnant with her second child naturally.

She then came up with the most unique and sweet way to break the happy news to her 37-year-old husband.

Beth pretended to be taking a selfie, but was really secretly filming Jamie's reaction as he opened a present he assumed was from Eli.

Instead, the box, which was labelled "Daddy", contained her positive pregnancy test.

A confused Jamie is filmed saying "What's this... what does that mean? What? I'm confused. What? What the f***? "Are you kidding me?!"

The dad-to-be told the Daily Mail he had no clue Beth was expecting.

"I thought maybe Eli had made me something, and my thoughts were on everything else - apart from Beth being pregnant," he said.

"The penny started to drop when I saw the test, but I was still questioning myself."

The couple's second son is due on June 16. We couldn't be happier for them.
