Watching an artist draw famous logos is the most entrancing thing we've seen this year.

The ‘Google’ logo has never looked more beautiful.

Welcome to Mamamia’s art endeavour, the Voulez-Vous Project. Every week we celebrate emerging artists, designers, illustrators, creators and women who knit using their vaginas. (Kidding. Maybe.) Our aim: to help the internet become a slightly more beautiful, captivating, or thought-provoking place by making art accessible.

If I could choose any skill to magically be gifted with, aside from flying and having Beyonce’s voice, it would be calligraphy. There’s something so… calming about watching someone print perfect letters to form faultless words on a page.

So when I came across Seb Lester, a London-based designer, artist and incredible calligrapher, I fell in love just a little.

Lester has an incredible social media following (420K on Instagram) who, like me, are obsessed with watching him write words. His incredible talent sees him recreate famous movie logos and brands perfectly, while his followers soak up his work.

Lester also creates incredible prints that are for sale on his website.

In a series of short Instagram videos and longer Facebook videos, Lester shows his followers the process of his work.

My personal favourite? Watching him draw the ‘Google’ logo. It’s never looked better.
