Australia's airline industry is now seeing demand that is back to pre-pandemic levels, with millions of us jetting off overseas or to another state for a much needed getaway, but the dream can quickly become a nightmare once you arrive at the airport.
Cancellations, delays, lost baggage and a whole host of other issues are creating chaos for travellers and airport staff before you even manage to board your flight, but what is actually causing all these disruptions?
The Quicky speaks to a woman who recently experienced one of the worst trips of her life trying to get to Europe, and an Australian airports spokesperson to try and get to the bottom of what is going on.
