Hero, Shocker and Whinger of the Week.

Welcome to Mamamia Rogue’s Shocker, Hero and Whinger of the Week.

Here’s how it works: Each week, we pick the biggest Shocker, Hero and Whinger from the last seven days. Shocker is whatever moment or person left our jaws on the floor. Hero is whoever won the week by being flat out amazing. And whinger? Well, that’s pretty much just someone who has had a major sooky-la-la moment.

Without further ado, let’s get started on the week that was.

Hero of the Week

Pierce Brosnan, for playing Goldeneye with Jimmy Fallon.

If you were living a life worth living in 1997, chances are you had the pleasure of playing Goldeneye for Nintendo 64. You played as Pierce Brosnan’s Bond, obviously.

Well, this is footage of Pierce Brosnan playing the iconic Nintendo game on the The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this week. Pierce plays as himself, obviously. What a legend.

Shocker of the Week

Spider Woman. Who is very woman but not very spider. Also very bottom.

Marvel released the character design for their new Spider Woman comic this week and… wow.

The comic was drawn by erotic comics artist Milo Manara.

This pretty much sums it up:

Whinger of the Week

The woman who broke a TWELVE HOUR ‘pay it forward’ coffee chain.

So, a Starbucks in St Petersburg, Florida, became a hotbed of all that is good when a woman bought a coffee for herself, and decided to also pay for the coffee of the person behind her. The person behind her then bought a coffee for the person behind them, and that person bought a coffee for the person behind them.

And that continued on until THREE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY EIGHT people had paid for the coffee of the person in front of them. Until, well…

Until someone wrecked it.

Via the Tampa Bay Times:

Then at 6 p.m., customer No. 379 — a woman in a white Jeep Commander — pulled into the drive-through and ordered a regular coffee.

Nguyen leaned out the window. He told her about the chain that had begun that morning. Would she like to participate? The woman declined, saying she just wanted to pay for her $2.25 drink and not someone else’s.

Nguyen said it appeared the woman didn’t understand the concept of paying it forward.

She did know that the next person’s coffee would also cost $2.25, right?
