When I pass a couple who look live they’ve been together forever in the street, I can’t help but stop, look – and smile.
In a world of 48-hour marriages (we’re looking at you, Britney Spears), small moments like these reveal how important everlasting love is.
It’s special – and something we should celebrate more.

The couple above have been together 70 years - and their grandson uploaded the image to sharing thread Reddit because he thought the world needed to see some real love.
"He went through the brutal Mao suppression, he survived the Japanese occupation. Survived the bombing of the British army in World War 2. Raised 5 children in full discrimination against communist Chinese. Even when he is sick, he refused hospital treatment because nobody will take care of my ill grandmother."
