JLo's celebrity diet plan might just be the dumbest of all time.

Sorry to be cynical, but really, J.Lo?

Her love may not cost a thing, but Jennifer Lopez‘s new range of health supplements probably costs a bit.

We’re sure that Jenny from the Block’s diet plan is excellent, and her exercise regimen surely couldn’t hurt, but we draw the line at range of “detoxing” powders and potions she’s hawking.

Lopez is challenging women to #BeTheGirl, a sort of competition, the winner of which scores a one-on-one with Lopez herself.

The challenge is a 10-week plan of healthy eating and exercising – so far, so good.

The next bit gets kind of weird.

“When I eat, you eat. When I sweat, you sweat. When I run, you run. Let’s kick-start a healthy lifestyle together with the BodyLab line of products, free App, and online tools,” Lopez says, via Refinery29.

However, while you and Lopez eat and workout together, you’re also supposed to be consuming a range of supplements, including Thermodynamic Total Burn, Thermodynamic Pre-Workout Extender, BodyLab TastyShake Complete Whey Protein Complex, Endurance Boosting Deep Tissue Oxygenator and Advanced Joint Formula for Active Women.

Would it surprise you to know Lopez has just founded a “wellness” company (Elle MacPherson’s got competition) called Bodylab?

Didn’t think so.

By all means, #BeThatGirl, but we reckon you can be your fittest, healthiest self without random supplements.
