Hate the way you look in the mirror? Watch this.

“My pores are huge.”

“My nail beds suck.”

“My hairline is so weird.”

If you’ve ever looked in the mirror and begun a Regina George/Mean Girls-style internal monologue about your appearance, you’re not alone.

One in three women say they feel anxious and hardly ever smile at their appearance because they don’t like what they see in the mirror, according to new Dove global research.

Despite not liking what we see, we feel compelled to look in the mirror over six times a day, totaling 50 minutes in a 24-hour period.

Dove’s Mirror campaign aims to challenge the negative way we perceive ourselves. We defy you to get to the end of this video without smiling or trying to remember when you last smiled back.

Take a look.
