This incredible video is difficult to watch, but its happy outcome is nothing short of a miracle.
The clip captures the moment passers-by realise a baby is about to fall from a window — and brace themselves to catch the falling child.
The one-year-old in Guangdong Province, China, had climbed onto a window during a thunderstorm, the ABC reports.
A passer-by named Mr Li noticed the baby was in trouble and with the help of another man, Mr Hu, safely caught the baby and returned it to its mother.
“I didn’t think too much at the time. I was just afraid of failing to catch him. Some people put down cardboard to avoid serious injuries to the baby if I failed to catch him,” Mr Li said.

It just boils my blood how a mother can be so careless. I may not know the full story of the situation and I understand that mothers have it tough sometimes - juggling kids, housework, job and other commitments but your child's wellbeing and safety should always take priority.
