Mia, I can't help but notice that you often ignore or talk over Jessie. Perhaps because she is younger or less experienced than you? In this weeks podcast, Jessie asks you a direct question: "Mia, would you rather an employee who cares to much or too little?" and you don't respond to this, and just talk about who owns the right to Kermit the frog. This is a minor example, but I have noticed you do this in previous episodes as well. It makes conversations somewhat disjointed and hinders the flow of the conversation as it throws the audience off. You are amazing! keep up the great work. Just some food for thought!
Mia- Please stop interrupting, or ignoring Jessie!
