Elly Miles is officially out of The Bachelor mansion and we are not okay.

The 24-year-old failed to get a rose at Wednesday night’s Rose Ceremony, and like Nikki Gogan, before her, the audience favourite was gone from the competition.

“I’m just so confused,” she said to Matt, in tears.

“I just said to you yesterday, I just hope you’re so happy at the end of this. You follow your heart and your gut and you’ll get there.”

Watch Elly’s last moments in The Bachelor mansion. Post continues below.

Earlier in the episode, the Newcastle-based nurse once again tried to warn Matt against fellow-contestant, Abbie Chatfield, alleging that she was in the competition for the “wrong reasons”.

“She just wants to be famous on social media,” she told the 32-year-old astrophysicist.

However, on his solo date with Abbie, Detective Matt tried to get to the bottom of things, ultimately deciding that Elly would not be the woman for him, breaking all of our hearts in the process.

Throughout Elly’s time on the competition, the fan-favourite was known for her undeniable connection with Matt, her ability to seamlessly integrate country slang into any conversation, and her love of toasting marshmallows on a camp fire.

Matt’s best friend Kate loved her, we adored her and the competition simply won’t be the same without her.

It's so weird seeing reality TV contestants' last names - they're never displayed on the shows themselves. Elly absolutely worded things the wrong way: Abbie is not there "for the wrong reasons", it's just that Abbie is completely self centred and doesn't really care about other people's feelings or priorities. Will be interesting to see what her family and friends are like. Have to agree that Matt's judgement is a little suspect, though - apart from this Abbie thing, it's also been bleedingly obvious that Helena is NOT coping with the format and keeping her on board is not doing either of them any favours.

No, Australians, devastated by the bushfires burning down peoples houses and endangering lives.Australians are devastated by the droughts that are making life unbearable to farmers and leading to suicides and if the drought continues ,the country having to import fruit and veges. So the trevails of a reality show snapchat person really cont raise a blip compared to what is happening in the real real world
