Question: Are you a member of the You Beauty Facebook group? No? Goodness, get on it. It's quite the wonderful place for anyone who likes beauty (and of course the You Beauty podcast!).

It's full of product recommendations and advice on everything from skincare to haircare and makeup, weird and wonderful facial treatments and SO. MUCH. MORE.

The best part? There's the perfect mix of suggestions in all different budget ranges — because our Youbies love a savey steal just as much as we do.

And recently, there was one discussion that caught our eye.

A Youbie by the name of Maeve asked the group: "Night creams — what are you using? I am currently double moisturising and going to bed looking like a Krispy Kreme glazed donut. I have very sensitive skin and am 46 years old."

And yes, the Youbies DELIVERED.

So! If you're also looking for what to use on your face at night, we've pulled together a big old list of the top recommendations.

Olay Regenerist Advanced Anti-Ageing Micro-Sculpting Night Face Cream Moisturiser, $59.99.

Friend, if you haven't tried the Olay Regenerist range, might we recommend you check it out? This was one of the top picks in the You Beauty Facebook group — and for good reason. Not only is more affordable than some of the other night creams on the market (you can pick this up on sale all the time — it's currently $30 at Chemist Warehouse), but the formula itself feels both parts luxe and effective.

There are a few different versions in the range, but this particular one features multi-tasking ingredients like niacinamide to improve signs of ageing and tackle dark spots while you sleep. Oh, and did we mention dermatologists love it, too?

Trilogy Certified Organic Rosehip Oil, $44.99.

One of our Youbies by the name of Kristy said she really rates rosehip oil as her go-to night treatment. She said, "I'm 43, don’t use anything special besides rosehip oil, it’s super nourishing, I use it morning and night."

In case you're not yet acquainted, rosehip oil is rich in nutrients such as vitamin C and vitamin A, as well as fatty acids and is a fabulous for nourishing and repairing all skin types — particularly ageing skin.

If you're looking for options, we really like this pick from New Zealand brand Trilogy.

Weleda Skin Food, $28.95.

Another popular pick? Weleda Skin Food. If you haven't heard of it, it's a thick, creamy and nourishing moisturiser that can be used on both the face and body. It's perfect for rough, dry skin (especially come winter) and is packed with ingredients including soothing chamomile, rosemary, lanolin and sweet almond oil.

Gael from the You Beauty Facebook group suggested, "Emulsify in palms and pat on skin — gorgeous."

Natio Calm Night Cream, $18.95.

Touting ingredients such as oat kernel, shea butter and willow bark, Natio's Calm Night Cream was recommended as a stellar choice for a rich dose of nightly nourishment. Suitable for sensitive and blemish-prone skin, this extra gentle night cream both soothes and calms the skin, while protecting the skin's all-important barrier.

"I add facial oil to Natio Calm Night Cream," shared a Youbie by the name of Luciana. "I always wake up with juicy skin."

Hadalabo Gokujyun Perfect Gel, $46.82.

While this particular product from popular K-beauty brand Hado Labo is not yet available in-stores in Australia, you can currently snap it up online from sites like iHerb

Described as a moisturising gel that works as a toner, essence, cream, serum and mask all in one, this little gold tub sounds like a serious all-rounder. Formulated with three kinds of hyaluronic acid to improve the skin's moisture-retention abilities, this product also promises to help restore firmness and elasticity, as well as using ceramides to infuse moisture.

Belinda from the You Beauty Facebook group said, "Hada Labo Perfect Gel. It’s a gold tub of gooey jelly perfection."

We'll take five.

One of the most recent launches from everyone's favourite brand, Go-To's Very Luxe Face Cream is a great pick for dry or mature skin types. And the Youbies agree! "I just repurchased," shared Karen. "Such a nourishing cream for winter skin."

Formulated with ceramides and humectants, it works to fight the signs of dehydration while minimising the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It's rich and luxe in texture and promises hydrated, plump and glowy skin come morning.

Biossance Squalane + Omega Repair Cream, $165.

Amelia wrote in the You Beauty Facebook group, "I use the Biossance Repair Cream. [It's] my favourite as it's so thick, fragrance-free and creamy. If you have your own favourite night moisturiser, try using an oil after just to help lock in the hydration."

Formulated with a sandwich of hydrating ingredients like squalane, fatty acids and ceramides, if you're looking for a deeply hydrating moisturiser, this is a great pick.
