The Spill: Saturday's best entertainment and gossip news.

1. Kim Kardashian says she only eats chicken nuggets with honey and THAT IS NOT OK.

Look we’re sorry. We should know by now that Kim Kardashian does things in a strange, very different way to most, but it seems we still get surprised every time she shares a new quirk.

Over the past few days, McDonald’s has shared the very important, newsworthy information that we’ve been dying to know: what celebrities order.

It starts off relatively normal, with Millie Bobbie Brown ordering nuggets and a side salad (at Maccas though??) and Kanye West getting nuggets, fries and a milkshake (we are as surprised as you are, very normal for him).

BUT THEN, Kim's order: A cheeseburger, nuggets, milkshake and a pie. But wait... with a side of honey... for the nuggets.

Once the questions began rolling in Kim shared on Twitter that she believes honey is the only suitable dipping sauce for nuggets.

Erin went on to reflect on her "antisocial" behaviour last year.

"I convinced myself that I was better off indoors away from people because my insecurities were so bad I didn’t want ANYONE to see me," she wrote.

"2020 is all about learning from my past & finding ways to use my mistakes as fuel to make my future the best it can be."

The former Love Island star finished her post, asking everyone to be a little more understanding of other people's insecurities.

4. "I felt a dagger, right in my heart.” Jessica Simpson on her twisted relationship with John Mayer.

Jessica Simpson has opened up about her relationship with John Mayer, who she dated on and off for a year, until 2010, when he infamously described her to as "sexual napalm" to Playboy.

"Yeah, that girl is like crack cocaine to me. Sexually it was crazy," he said. "That's all I'll say. It was like napalm, sexual napalm."

In her memoir, Simpson reflected on her relationship with Mayer. In an extract obtained by Radar Online, Simpson recalled talking to her therapist about the relationship, as they talked about Mayer breaking up with her right before she went on stage to perform.

"That's not love," Simpson remembers her therapist saying.

"You know that, right? I mean, he never loved you...He was obsessed with you. Love and obsession are so different. One is healthy, one is not.'

"She said it so casually, like this was something I should have figured out a long time ago," Simpson recalled. "I felt a dagger, right in my heart again. I was still protective of him."

As for the Playboy quote, Simpson said she was "floored and embarrassed that my grandmother was actually gonna read that."

5. "My bum hole ripped.” Charlotte Crosby told me exactly what happens to your body after I'm a Celeb.

Some reality TV contestants leave their respective shows with cash prizes and tarnished reputations. Charlotte Crosby left hers with a bleeding anus and a new love interest.

She’d also be the first one to tell you that she’s not the tiniest bit ashamed of either (and nor should she be) and it’s this unfiltered approach to discussing life, love and bodily functions that has endeared her to a legion of fans, building a successful career on simply being herself.

The 29-year-old first rose to fame in 2011 as a cast member on the popular reality series Geordie Shore, before going on to appear in many other reality-based programs while also working as an influencer, radio star, author, entrepreneur and charity ambassador.

From the moment she first appeared on this year’s season of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! she began grabbing headlines.

Initially for her refusal to jump out of a helicopter (fair) and then due to her romantic relationship with Married At First Sight star Ryan Gallagher, a love that sprung up on camera in the celebrity-filled camp alongside gruesome challenges and a fair bit of starvation.
