Khloe Kardashian has responded to rumours that her ex-partner and the father of her one-year-old daughter True, Tristan Thompson, cheated on his pregnant ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig in 2016 to be with her.
According to The Sun, new court documents claim that Tristan Thompson started seeing Khloe Kardashian just one month after Jordan Craig told him she was pregnant with their now two-year-old son Prince.
Khloe Kardashian has defended her “truth” in an Instagram story, explaining the exact details of how she got together with Tristan.
“My truth is: I met Tristan because HE CHOSE to go on a blind date with me,” Khloé wrote. “A mutual friend set us up. After going on some dates, Tristan told me that he had an ex that was pregnant. Obviously, I was reluctant about us continuing to date or start a relationship.”
The mother of one says she was told the relationship had ended before the pair had met, and that Tristan went so far as to put Khloe on the phone to his lawyers to prove his point.
“He pleaded with me that the relationship was over long before we met. He had me talk with his most inner circle. He showed me physical proof (correspondence between the two) and had me on calls with his lawyers to prove his point. His best friends, business associates and even his mother told me, him and his ex were broken up before we met,” she added.
In the second Instagram story, she explained that if she had been lied to she would be devastated for Jordan Craig, and would feel betrayed by Tristan’s inner circle who would have had to have lied to her.
“This is my truth! The truth I believed and trusted. If for any reason this is NOT in fact the truth, I am so completely and utterly sorry that TRISTAN and his inner circle would lie on something like this! I pray my truth is in-fact that. Lord knows I pray but now, I really don’t know what to believe. Truthfully, from the deepest parts of my soul I am sorry! I’m sorry for any pain that has been created either way.”

In documents, Jordan says Tristan was eager to become a father when she was found out she was expecting in April 2016 – however she alleges she found out he was cheating just one month later.
Tristan and Khloe went public with their romance in September 2016.
By then, Jordan – a lifestyle blogger – was about five months pregnant.
In February 2019, Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson separated after rumours circulated that the basketball player had cheated with Kylie’ Jenner’s best friend, Jordyn Woods.
Instagram account Hollywood Unlocked posted a video with all the details, including how Tristan reportedly told everyone at the party to stop using their phones or leave.
It’s important to stress that – as with a lot of celebrity stories – many of these reports are based on rumour and observation.
But there is one lesson we can all take away from this… If Tristan Thompson asks to buy you a drink, say no.
