The Spill: Tuesday's best entertainment and gossip news.

1. “That’s why I ignored her.” Tash on the real reason she and wife Amanda were cut from the MAFS reunion special.

The Married At First Sight finale was certainly… eventful, to say the least.

But now it turns out there was even more drama that happened behind the scenes between brides Tash and Amanda, which led to them being cut from the reunion special,

Tash told Hit FM’s Krysti & Bodge on Thursday that the producers decided to cut out footage of a fight between her and her ex-wife.

“There was a storyline that was cut because at the girls night, Amanda – when asked where I was – said: ‘I don’t know, probably drunk in a gutter’,” Tash said.

Tash went on to explain she was angry when she heard about Amanda’s comments, especially because the pair had been ‘texting amicably’ the night before.

“That’s why I ignored her at the reunion dinner party, because I didn’t want anything to do with her,” she said

The fight was later brought up in front of the experts.

“When we got up on the couch, the experts were like, ‘So, why is there tension between you?’ And I said, ‘well because she said this…,'” Tash explained.

But the scene wasn’t shown because Amanda’s comments never made it to air and the fight wouldn’t have made a lot of sense to us watching at home.

Interestingly, Tash claimed the reason Amanda made the comment in the first place was because there was a rumour going around that Tash was going to walk into the reunion dinner with fellow contestant, Natasha Spencer.

Yep, it turns out there was another rumoured couple swap on our hands (we can barely keep up either).

2. “I’m happy to be called out.” Jameela Jamil on being ‘annoying’ on Twitter.

The Good Place star Jameela Jamil has spoken about being called annoying and insensitive on Twitter.

Despite being a part of multiple Twitter feuds, not only with other celebrities but also defending herself against trolls, Jamil says she speaks out on the platform to create discussion.

Speaking to The Guardian, she said, “I think I’m less annoying in person than I am on Twitter. I live online as a provocateur. Sometimes you have to say things that are going to piss people off in order to create discussion.”

Jamil continued to explain that she knows she has made a few mistakes on the social media platform too.

“The worst I feel is when someone has misconstrued my tone, or I’ve misrepresented myself, and I’ve hurt a group of people by mistake. That burns me to my core. I can’t sleep and I can’t eat.

“I’m happy to be called out. I don’t mind learning in public. I’ve become a better person for it. What I find frustrating is that when you admit you were wrong people seem to attack you more. When I apologise there’s a hysteria of bullying.”

3. NOT A DRILL: All of One Direction just refollowed Zayn Malik on Twitter and WHAT DOES THIS MEAN.

STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING.

All of One Direction just refollowed Zayn Malik on Twitter and we are bloody confused and excited and don’t know what to think.

According to Page Six, the five men are organising some kind of reunion, in honour of the 10th anniversary since the formation of their group.

And now, fans spotted that Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, and Harry Styles all refollowed Malik on Twitter and it might actually be happening.

Although nothing has been confirmed yet, people are losing their mind on Twitter and we are totally here for it.

“My wife got it pretty bad, as well,” said the motorcycle racer. “She has preexisting — she has asthma. It totally attacked her lungs and her chest. She was having a hard time breathing.”

Hart went on to explain that his whole family has been on lockdown since he returned from Daytona on March 11. A few days later, Pink and Jameson started showing symptoms.

“I have zero symptoms, my daughter [Wilow] had zero symptoms. Unfortunately, we only had access to a test for my wife.” Hart believes all four of them had the virus even though he and Willow weren’t exhibiting any symptoms.

“We just kind of took the lead on my wife’s test.”

5. Netflix’s Too Hot To Handle is coming to fill the MAFS-shaped hole in your life.

Ever since Married At First Sight wrapped up last week, we’ve spent the last 5732 hours wondering what to do with our lives.

We weirdly find ourselves yearning for the time when our days were consumed by fake marriages, multiple cheating scandals and lots of manufactured drama. Well, luckily we might not need to yearn for much longer.

Enter: Netflix’s wild new dating show Too Hot To Handle.

The show, which is set to arrive on Netflix on April 17, basically sees attractive singles from the US, the UK, Canada, Australia and Ireland living all together in a tropical paradise.

Think MAFS meets Love Island but… trashier.

The trailer for the news series dropped yesterday. And it looks absolutely wild.

But Too Hot To Handle isn’t your ordinary trashy dating show, you see there’s one very important twist.

According to the show’s sassy artificial intelligence device named Lana, if the contestants are seen hooking up they will lose money from their eventual cash prize.

“There are conditions to your stay here: no kissing or sex of any kind,” she says.
