If you're a fan of Selling Sunset – the reality TV show dedicated to oogling at the lives of real estate agents in Los Angeles – then you'd be pleased to know an all-new series is dropping.
Selling The OC will follow Jason Oppenheim as he endeavours to make his Orange County, California group the most successful real estate agency in town.

Of course, there's a whole lot of drama (as you'd expect), plus we get to look not just at mansions, like we did during Selling Sunset, but mansions... on the beach. Oooft.

What is Selling The OC about?
Selling The OC is simply just the latest spinoff of Selling Sunset, set in Orange County, California.
Orange County is one of the most expensive areas in the state and known for having one lucrative beachfront mansion after another.
Despite looking like a show where all the agents do is drink, dance and stir trouble (which you're not entirely wrong about), there's also some extraordinary real estate shown on Selling The OC. The show will also explore the professional and personal trajectories of the agents as they navigate love, drama and their high-profile careers.
Oh, and of course, there will also be A LOT of tea spilled. A LOT.

Who will be on Selling The OC?
A whole new roster of Oppenheim Group agents will be starring in the new Netflix program and this cast will be bigger than what we've previously seen on Selling Sunset, with 11 agents.
It's also worth mentioning there are quite a few male realtors this time around – plus three agents with the same... name.

Who have we seen before from Selling Sunset OC?
You might've recognised a bunch of the new cast members, and that's because they were actually present during one of the craziest arguments in Selling Sunset history... That's right, the Oppenheim Group work party from season four.
During that episode, we saw Christine Quinn and Mary Fitzgerald go head-to-head. And yep, if you're wondering, the OC cast were PETRIFIED.
“They all left that party calling us up like, ‘Is this what it’s going to be like?'” the show's creator, Adam DiVello told Tudum about the new cast.
DiVello continued on, revealing that despite their initial fears, this cast might actually be more outrageous than their Sunset counterparts.
“The cast is just wild, right from the jump; they don’t hold back,” DiVello said. “They don’t have any filters. They say what they’re thinking."
There are only three words to say to that: Bring. It. On.
Selling The OC premieres on Netflix on Wednesday, August 24.
