The $810 facial Sandra Bullock swears by. But there's just one catch.

It’s the latest bizarre beauty trend that Sandra Bullock can’t get enough of – an $810 (AUD) facial using the foreskin of babies.

Yep, you read that right.

It’s a penis facial

Speaking on the Ellen DeGeneres show, Sandra Bullock said she uses “penis facials” to keep her skin young and fresh.

“I think when you see how good it is to your face you to will run to your local facialist, and say ‘give me the penis!'” Sandra said.

The 53-year-old actress, who is currently promoting Ocean’s 8, encouraged her cast mates to try the treatment, including Australian actress Cate Blanchett.

“Sandy [Sandra] Bullock and I saw this facialist in New York, Georgia Louise, and she gives what we call the penis facial and it’s something – I don’t know what it is, or whether it’s just cause it smells a bit like sperm – there’s some enzyme in it so Sandy refers to it as the penis facial,” Cate told Vogue Australia.

The facial is nicknamed the ‘penis facial’ because it uses a special epidermal growth factor (EGF) serum, in an effort to help brighten and rejuvenate skin.

This special EGF serum includes stem cells sourced from the foreskins of Korean infants.

According to The Sun, babies’ foreskins are used in the serum, which is infused into the skin using microneedling, as it’s believed the young stem cells can activate ageing cells to produce more collagen and cause wrinkles to disappear.

Korea is the main source of foreskins because they have a ‘large supply’ obtained during circumcision, which is the general custom.

The facial, which facialist Georgia Louise created specifically for Sandra Bullock, involves a chemical peel, a micro-needling wand, an electrifying mask and of course, the magic serum.

“I have text threads, which would blow your mind, from celebs asking for the ‘penis treatment’ all the time now,” Georgia Louise said.

At the moment, the treatment is only available in the US – but if you can get there, there’s a two-year waiting list to see Georgia Louise.

Would you try a ‘penis facial’?

People need to realise Hollywood celebrities are normal people just like everyone else, so innocuous they could be your next door neighbor.

No, I wouldn’t try it because I’m not a fan of cutting off parts of people’s sexual organs, especially when they are babies and don’t have a say in the matter.
