The Spill: Tuesday's best entertainment and gossip news.

1. The clue that MasterChef’s Courtney Roulston leaves the show early.

MasterChef fans, we have some bad news and spoilers ahead. You have been warned.

During an interview, earlier this month, season one runner-up and fan favourite Poh Ling Yeow, accidentally shared who makes it to the end of the show, and who… well, doesn’t.

While she explained that she does indeed make it to the end of the show, she also let slip that Sydney Swan’s AFL Team Chef, Courtney Roulston, does not.

And since sharing this information, Roulston might have confirmed the news on her Instagram.

Posting daily stories to her social media, sharing what she and fiancée, Sophie King, are up to in isolation, Roulston appears to be at home in Coogee, Sydney.

Similarly, another front-runner Hayden Quinn was seen shopping as a Bunnings on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

However, filming for the cooking television show is still underway in Melbourne.

Confirmed by both contestants, and judge Jock Zonfrillo, earlier this month, the show is still going ahead despite the coronavirus pandemic. It just looks a little different now with social distancing regulations in place.

So sadly folks, it looks like those two don’t make it.

We will still cross our fingers though…

2.”Really disrespectful.” MAFS’ Michael accuses Stacey of disrespecting KC in an Instagram Q&A.

The feud intensifies…

In case you haven’t been keeping up with the ongoing Married at First Sight drama, here’s your quick catch-up.

Married at First Sight‘s most promising couple, Michael Goonan and Stacey Hampton, suffered a bitter end when the 26-year-old lawyer was accused of cheating on Goonan with another co-star during filming.

Since then, 29-year-old Michael has sparked a relationship with fellow MAFS co-star, KC Osborne.

And, in classic MAFS gossip fashion, last night Goonan conducted an Instagram Q&A to answer fans burning questions about the show, where he fit in a few subtle digs at his “ex-wife” all the while.

During the Q&A, someone asked: “Has Stacey been disrespectful to your new relationship with KC?”… and Michael responded.

“I found the video that was recently deleted last night – of her posting footage of me meeting her son in Melbourne ages ago – I find really disrespectful.”

He went on to talk about how he discovered that KC was “the one”, claiming that their connection developed directly after filming the reunion episode.

Well, we’re glad they’re happy, I guess.

3. “My man and my kids are private.” Why Eva Mendes doesn’t share photos of her family online.

It’s no secret Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling are one of Hollywood’s most private couples.

And now the 46-year-old actress has explained why she doesn’t share photos of her family online.

Earlier this week, Eva shared a photo of one of her favourite paintings to Instagram, after not knowing what to post.

“During these times, I’m so confused about what to post so I’m going to post things that move me in hopes that they move you as well. Since I don’t post my about [sic] immediate family, and it feels so wrong to post about work, here you go…” she captioned the post.

After sharing the photo, Eva was asked by a follower why she isn’t very open about her family.

“Hi! I have always had a clear boundary when it comes to my man and my kids,” the actress responded. “I’ll talk about them of course, with limits, but I won’t post pictures of our daily life. And since my children are still so little and don’t understand what posting their image really means, I don’t have their consent. And I won’t post their image until they’re old enough to give me consent.

“As far as Ryan and I, it just works for us this way, to stay private,” she continued. “Sending loads of love to you at this time.”

She went on to say that she is always willing to explain the choices she makes to keep her family life private.

“I don’t mind explaining myself sometimes. I care about people and their questions,” she replied to another comment. “So I’m happy to answer honestly. But thanks for saying thanks! Sending you lots of love out there.”

So there we have it, now we know why we barely see any photos of the couple’s two young daughters.

4. “Please eat my delectable plump ass.” Cole Sprouse’s message to trolls after Lili Reinhart received death threats.

Cole Sprouse, who is rumoured to be dating model Kaia Gerber after his supposed split from Riverdale co-star Lili Reinhart, has called out trolls on Instagram for sending death threats.

“I tolerate a lot of rumours and slander from people online claiming to be my fans. Fans who feel entitled to my privacy precisely because I never indulge them,” he began his Instagram post.

“But attacking my friends, baseless accusations, leaking my address and sending death threats are all qualities of insanity and fanaticism.”

“When I first stepped into a public relationship this was one of the foreseeable consequences,” he added.

“And while I truly never intended to indulge any part of my private life to the ravenous horde, it’s clear my restraint in updating them has allowed them to push their own agenda onto my habits and lifestyle.”

The former Disney Channel star then told his trolls to “please eat my delectable plump ass". Yep... he went there.

He also pointed out that this whole situation drove him to "post a goddamn white font Insta story like a divorced mother of three".

Okay okay.

Who saw Too Hot To Handle on their Netflix recommendations page and scoffed, and then nek minute you've blinked and watched all eight episodes and are frantically googling if Harry and Francesca are still together?

Same.

It's the trashy reality TV child of Big Brother and Love Island that we've all been secretly binging in one sitting, because heck, direct us to a show more perfectly crafted for self isolation. (It's like they knew we'd be locked down in a pandemic unable to touch or be with the people we love.)

There's only one couple (allegedly) still standing.

Obvious question: which couples are still together?

We have dedicated a whole article to this topic, because #important, which you can read here.

But to summarise, Harry and Francesca appear to have broken up after giving it a red hot go.

They both posted photos in each other's respective towns (LA and Queensland), but by Valentine's Day they were posting blatant burns.

"As Valentine’s Day approaches it’s a good time to think about relationships and how it’s two people coming together to solve problems you wouldn’t have if you were just single," wrote Harry.

David and Lydia weren't actually an official couple by the end of the show, but there was potential. That... flopped.

David's been posting about the fact his "DMs will be open 24 hours for applications" and Lydia appears to be hanging out on fellow contestant Bryce's boat (?!).
