After splitting up with Micah, Bride & Prejudice's Milly is pregnant with her second child.

After weeks of heated therapy sessions, awkward lie detector tests and tumultuous arguments, Bride & Prejudice: The Forbidden Weddings is finally over for another year.

This season, five Australian couples have dealt with the immense pressure of having parents who will do just about anything to stop them from getting married.

But while the season is over, the drama isn’t over just yet.

After last night’s finale aired, contestant Milly – who was engaged to Micah before they ended their relationship on the reality show – announced that she’s “heavily pregnant” with her second child.

Posting to Instagram on Tuesday night, Milly shared that she is “pregnant and happy”.

“Please refrain from any judgmental, negative comments as in the end it’s not your life,” she captioned a photo of herself and Micah.

“Just be happy someone else is happy. I am so excited Julian gets to grow up with a sibling, as I grew up as an only child.”

Milly, 23, met Californian Micah while she was backpacking in America. When she returned home to Australia, Milly discovered that she was pregnant with Micah’s child – their son Julian.

Following the birth of Julian, Milly and Micah continued a long-distance relationship while parenting their son.

Things soon turned sour, however, when Milly’s mum Catherine found marijuana in her home belonging to Micah – leading to the couple’s decision to appear on Bride & Prejudice.

Although Milly and Micah’s relationship with Catherine seemed to improve on the reality show, things soon took a turn for the worst on Monday night’s episode of the show when Milly confessed to having huge doubts about marrying Micah.

After a couples counselling session, Milly admitted in a piece to camera that she was worried about Micah’s use of alcohol and drugs.

“He’s not well and he needs a lot of help and I feel bad for him, but he’s just really not made progress,” the 23-year-old said.

“And I thought he had. I’m so sad because I don’t want Julian to grow up to be like that. He just doesn’t need a role model like that.”

Following their couples counselling session, Milly decided to spend the day alone, rather than attending Codie Lea and Nathan’s wedding with Micah.

At the wedding, Micah was clearly intoxicated – telling the other Bride & Prejudice contestants that he would “break the machine” if he was breathalysed.

After the wedding, Micah returned to the house to speak to Milly about their relationship.

"I want to get the f*ck out of here. Turn that f*cking thing off. Please turn the f*cking camera off," he screamed at producers.

Milly then told him: "I'm just quickly going to come out and say it. We just can't get married. Not the way you've been behaving."

After calling off the wedding, Milly reflected on her decision on Instagram.

"Leading up to the decision I made, I felt sick, heartache, deep sadness and then I just felt numb. Breaking up with someone is awful and also a very private moment," she wrote.

"In our case it was done with many eyes on us on national television. Not easy," she confessed.

The soon-to-be mother-of-two also shared that Micah is the father of her second child.

"We had been on and off for some time. I loved him. He is the father to my son and baby on the way," she wrote.

"It was a hard decision to make not only breaking off the wedding but also breaking up with Micah for the last time. Everything I hoped and dreamed for just came crushing down.

"Breaking up with someone is so hard, especially when you have a child involved.

"I don't regret going on Bride & Prejudice as it helped me make the hardest decision. So I'm very grateful for the opportunity."
