It’s been six weeks since Zoe Hendrix split with Alex Garner, and the former reality star is finally ready to talk about it.
Zoe shared a photo of herself and the former couple’s 18-month-old daughter, Harper-Rose, on Instagram on Wednesday, where she spoke about the “7 stages to healing from a broken heart, loss or trauma”.
The 29-year-old said she had just moved past the first stage – “shock and denial”.
“No matter where you are. What level of suffering you are in, know that just like joy, pain isn’t forever. This too will pass. Be kind and compassionate to yourself,” she continued.
“Take the lessons from your experience and see it as an opportunity for personal grow [sic].”

Zoe and Alex, 29, met on the first season of Married At First Sight back in 2015.
They announced their separation with an Instagram post on April 17.
“It is with sadness that Alex and I would like to state that we will be separating for now,” wrote Zoe.
