The Veronicas’ Jess Origliasso has happily revealed she’s engaged.

The Aussie singer, 34, announced her engagement to her transgender partner, Kai Carlton, earlier today on Instagram.

“She said “yes” and I’m the happiest mf alive. I listen to Beyoncé’s advice.”

And yes, yes you did, because that ring is stunning.

Jess’ twin sister, Lisa Origliasso, also shared her excitement for the couple.

“The one her dreams are made of. Thank you for loving her beyond her wildest dreams and showing her true love exists,” she commented on Kai’s post.

The pair began dating in November last year, seven months after Jess split from Aussie actress and singer, Ruby Rose.

2. The Bachelor’s Florence just opened up about the ‘villain edit’, saying some people actually “came off better” afterwards.

It’s a curse as old as reality TV itself: The villain edit.

Season after season, some contestants – like The Bachelor’s Bill Goldsmith or Married at First Sight’s Dean Wells – blame ‘editing’ for their less-than-flattering portrayals.

However former Bachelor alum, Florence Moerenhout, thinks the portrayals may be pretty accurate, actually.

Speaking to news.com.au, the 30-year-old said, “usually if they look like ‘villains’, they are villains”.

“Some people from Bachelor in Paradise were portrayed exactly how they acted, if anything they came off better. So that makes me cautious when others come and say they were edited,” she said.

“I don’t know how it works on other shows like Married at First Sight, but in so many situations for me it’s been like ‘I was there, and this is exactly the type of behaviour you showed’,” she said.

“You know, if anything they’re even worse in real life. People have to take a look at how they acted if they just regret how they looked and they really are oblivious to their behaviour.

Florence, who has appeared on the 2018 and 2019 seasons of Bachelor in Paradise, as well as Matty J’s season of The Bachelor, is well-versed with the trials and tribulations of reality TV.

In this year’s BIP, Florence was controversially involved in a love triangle with Bill Goldsmith and Alex Nation, before embarking on what would be an unsuccessful romance with former Bachie flame, Davey Lloyd.

3. Uhhh, it looks like The Bachelorette’s Jamie and Gogglebox’s Symon are pretending not to know each other.

It seems like The Bachelorette‘s Jamie Doran has an unusual connection to Angie – one that none of us saw coming.

In a photo surfaced by the Daily Mail, Jamie is pictured with his arm around none other than Gogglebox‘s Symon Lovett.

The picture seems to be from 2017 and appears to show the pair in Europe.

Strangely though, neither of the boys have addressed this on their respective shows.

Upon reflection of the Goggleboxer's response to The Bachelorette opening episode, it is very unclear whether he is friends with the star or not.

Lovett doesn't mention anything at all about knowing Jamie, but instead, comments on the puppy he brought to the red carpet.

"You might as well not even be there," Symon said of Doran's introduction, referring to the fact that Angie was way more excited about the puppy than Jamie.

Rumour has it the pair only met that one time, but still... this is curious.

4. A body language expert is claiming Miley and Cody's relationship is fake and WHAT.

Since their split, both Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus appear to have moved on - but it hasn't been without drama (there was a love square at one point. Really).

After a brief romance with Kaitlynn Carter, Cyrus found love with The Masked Singer Australia winner, Cody Simpson - and they've been flaunting their love on Instagram.

But according to a body language expert, it's all fake... and huh?

Interesting.

Speaking to WHO, body language expert Blanca Clobb said, “Miley’s hand down the front of Cody’s pants is all about shock value to the world and a secret message between the two of them."

Clobb says that Miley's body language shows she "doesn't care about possible comments or criticism" and says Cody looks like he's just "enjoying the moment".

She also claimed the pair's frequent posting about their relationship suggests it's all for show.

Well.

We don't know if their relationship is a 'showmance' or not, but if they're happy, more power to them.

5."He was like that 24/7." The Bachelorette's Haydn on what Jamie was really like in the mansion.

When Jamie entered The Bachelorette mansion wearing his firefighting uniform while holding a puppy, fans quickly picked him as a front-runner for the season.

Before long, however, that… quickly changed.

In the few weeks that Angie Kent’s season of The Bachelorette has been on our screens, the 39-year-old firefighter has cemented himself as this season’s resident ‘Stage Five Clinger’. In fact, he even admitted to “partially” being one himself. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Since the show began, some fans have questioned whether Jamie could simply be the victim of clever editing.

But according to fellow contestant Haydn, that’s not the case.

The 32-year-old firefighter, who was sent home during last night’s episode, told Mamamia that Jamie was incredibly “full on” in the mansion.

“Jamie is full on,” Haydn said. “What he is like on TV is what he was like 24/7. I actually tried to distance myself from him a little bit because I couldn’t deal with how much energy he has.”

“It’s… a lot to deal with,” he added.
