When Kourtney Kardashian and her fellow sisters dressed up as Victoria’s Secret models (complete with actual VS-supplied wings) we were more or less non-plussed.
Lingerie, embellishments on embellishments and co-ordinated looks, it wasn’t really that much of a departure from the Kardashian/Jenner fashion spectacle we’ve come to know the family for.
But then, 39-year-old Kourtney shared a behind-the-scenes shot of her in costume, and people were quick to notice what was in the background.
No, it wasn’t the impeccable row of bras all hung up neatly, because… who does that?
Nor was it the overwhelmingly white colour theme going on from the clothes, to the walls and even the plush sheepskin rug.
Or what looks like a pair of dollar shop fairy wing sitting on the bottom right hand corner of the mirror, next to their oversized, hand-crafted, Victoria’s Secret companions.
Instead, users were expressing their concern, frustration and yes, even anger, over the messy state of the eldest Kardashian sister’s wardrobe.
“Apparently self grooming and room grooming are in two different categories!” wrote one user, and ummm… that’s a bit harsh isn’t it?
“That room is dirty as hell though!” wrote another concerned fan.
“Clean that damn room before taking pics WTF” shared another apparently triggered commenter.
To be honest, we’ve never felt emotionally closer to a Kardashian and who HASN’T left their room in a apocalyptic state while getting ready for a party or event? Surely we aren’t the only ones.
Kourtney’s Victoria’s Secret costume was one of three Halloween outfits the mum-of-three shared on Instagram. She also dressed as a Japanese twin from the film Austin Powers: Goldmember with Kim Kardashian’s former assistant, Stephanie Shepherd, and made for a very convincing Ariana Grande, in a costume that even earned the singer’s approval.
