Like the fact he never touches women when he’s in a photo with them. He keeps his distance, making sure they have their personal space.
His hands are either hovering in thin air behind the woman, or firmly in his pockets.
While it might transport you back to your awkward date at the year 10 formal, it’s clearly a sign of immense respect for women.
Let’s just say if Keanu was moving past you in a bar, he wouldn’t unnecessarily touch your lower back to get past.
Last week twitter user Kemoy Lindsay blessed us with the photos of Keanu.
The people of Twitter are praising The Matrix actor, obviously.
But it wasn’t just in his fan photos that Keanu was all hands off. A quick analysis of available images of the Beirut born actor proves it’s the rule, not the exception.
Without a PR man or news camera in sight, the 54-year-old has proven himself to be the kind of nice guy that actively goes out of his own way (or into his own pocket) to make women's lives easier, but not just in the wake of the #metoo movement.
Now we kind of wish Keanu was our year 10 formal date.

I love how out of all these pictures, the person that he looks the most comfortable/playful with is Winona.
According to an article I read, Keanu Reeves has been the victim of sexual harrassment himself. One incident happened when he was in a public library (the man likes to read). A woman walked up to him and propositioned him - she wanted to get it on with him right then and there! She was quite agrressive and wouldn't accept his polite refusals, so the police had to be called to take her away. Another time, he came home and found a naked woman swimming in his pool. He asked her to leave but she refused, so he had to call the police to come and arrest her. I surmise that having experienced unpleasant incidents like these, he is not about to be inappropriate with others and fully respects boundaries, because he didn’t like it when his boundaries were not respected.
