While most newlyweds ask for appliances and kitchen utensils on their gift registry, Kaley Cuoco asked her guests for kindness.
The animal-loving actress requested her wedding guests make donations to Paw Works, a charity for cats and dogs in the US, in lieu of any traditional wedding presents.
Sharing a photo of all of the gifts for animals alongside a giant painting of her beloved dog, Norman, Kaley, 32, said she was thrilled with the amount of products her guests donated.
“Wow did everyone come through!!! Unbelievable donations and gifts for our 4 legged friends. Thank you to everyone, what an incredible turn out! We feel so blessed and happy!!” she wrote.
Fans of the show also praised the generous Big Bang Theory star.
“Thank you for doing what you are doing,” commented one person.
“So thoughtful – I’m sure Norman’s four legged friends will appreciate the love,” wrote another.
In an interview with the Los Angeles Times last year, Kaley said she often fosters rescue animals in need of a permanent home.
“You know, an animal is so innocent,” she said.
“They have no voice… I want to kind of be a voice for them, and speak up for them.”
Kaley married equestrian Karl Cook in a country-themed ceremony on June 30.

It restores one's faith in humanity when the well-heeled, indeed anyone, thinks of other poor unfortunates (including animals) rather than themselves. They, like many other married celebrities, could be swanning around in a yacht in the Caribbean, paying $10 000 a night for rooms, and drinking expensive French champagne and only thinking of themselves.
Further, I take exception to the fact that some think that millionaires ought, no must, donate to worthwhile causes. The money is theirs to do as they wish, just as the money earned by those on minimum wage can do as they please with theirs. It is a case of envy when others say to them you should give your money away as you have so much. Possibly implying "then you can be as poor as us".
It is a credit to the likes of Bill Gates and Oprah Winfrey that they give so much to charities and other worthy causes, but of course, they could have kept it all and given themselves a lavish funeral when the time comes.
It is these kinds of people (if they were Australian) who ought to be getting the gongs from the government. Not "for services to the arts", or "services to the military", or "for public service". Doing your job, no matter how well, is adequately remunerated. It should go to those people, rich or poor, famous or not, for going above and beyond.
Exactly why are we meant to be in love with this woman in the first place? I am sure she is a nice person, but the fact that she's on a TV show and has gotten married is hardly a reason for adoration. It's also great that she has asked for charity donations in lieu of wedding gifts - but given that she's marrying for the second time, and that she's very wealthy, it's not as though she needs anything - so charity donations are rather more appropriate here anyway.
Also, why is she pulling that face in that first picture with the horse (who looks just as confused about the situation as I am)?
While I don't know Kaley, or any other celebrity for that matter, people have a fascination with the rich and famous. Some even live their lives vicariously through them. Witness how many recently glued themselves to the TV to watch the wedding of Harry and Meghan.
But I detect some jealousy in your writing. It is her wedding photo and she can pull any face she wants. And, as the horse is an invited guest, it can pull any face it wants to as well. No one should criticise you in your wedding photos, no matter how you pose for them.
And, yes, for what she is employed doing she is being paid a bucket load of money. But then, that is capitalism for you.
