Just 12 cute, comforting things we're treating ourselves to in self-isolation.

As we’re all adjusting to our new normal with different daily routines during self-isolation, many of life’s little luxuries are no longer possible.

Things like getting our nails done or spending hours trying on clothes are on hold, at least for the time being.

WATCH: Celebrities are getting creative in isolation. Post continues below.

And while none of us are spending on a big scale right now, it’s still important to find ways to treat ourselves, because those small pick-me-ups can help make this strange time that much more enjoyable.

Here’s what the Mamamia team have been ordering online this week (excuse us while we sit patiently by our front doors.)

Emu Australia Mayberry Slippers, $59.95.

“After seeing these sheepskin slippers on Instagram, my credit card was out and ready. They are by far the comfiest shoes I now own and my feet are obsessed. They come in so many colours so I will probably be buying more. But a word of warning: they run small so I’d suggest sizing up.” – Charlie.

Drunk Elephant Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil, $64.

“It’s the only face oil I’ve ever used that sinks in almost straight away and I wake up with the softest skin! I have oily skin so was kind of hesitant to use an oil but this one has helped balance my skin out. Absolutely love it.” – Caitlin.

Uniqlo Women Pile Lined Sweat Pants, $39.90.

"These are some of the best quality trackpants I've ever owned. They have a beautiful fleece lining inside to keep you warm and apparently the cut makes your leggings look longer. #Winning." - Charlotte.

Cotton On Body Highwaisted Mid Length Bike Short, $24.95.

"I'd been wanting bike shorts for ages, and these cheap ones from cotton are amazing quality! Now to start my new iso running career." - Lily.

Bonds Originals 3/4 Zip Pullover, $64.95.

"I'm obsessed with this jumper, I wore it three days in a row. It's lovely and fleecy on the inside, and so soft on the outside. It feels a little bit retro too which I love." - Lily.

Palm Beach Collection  Candle, $32.95.

"All the Palm Beach candles smell amazing but my current favourite is the 'Wellness' one. It's scented with rosewood, gardenia and musk, and I hope by burning it, I am becoming just that little bit more zen. (I'm not, but at least it makes my work area smell fancy.)" - Amy.

Reliquia Jewellery  Top That! Gold Hoop Earrings, $119.

"I bought these Reliquia hoop earrings. I'm hoping they'll make me look like our Lifestyle Editor, Tamara Davis." - Amy.

Frank Green Original Reusable Cup, $32.95.

"I bought a giant keep cup to keep my tea hot when I get stuck into a work task and forget about it." - Ella.

Falastin, A Cookbook by Sami Tamimi and Tara Wigley, $49.99.

"With so much time at home, I've been using my kitchen as a way to explore new cultures and cuisines. I've been cooking a different cuisine every night for my husband and I, and the Falastin Cookbook has amazing Palestinian recipes I've never seen before as well as super interesting stories from the area." - Isobel.

Poor Tom's Gin, $70.99.

"Gin is my favourite liquor and I'm enjoying making a lovely G&T in a fancy glass at home on the weekends - which may or may not also include Thursdays now. I like to support Aussie gin makers, my go-to drops are Poor Tom's, Four Pillars and Adelaide Hills Distillery 78 Degrees." - Amy.

Monday Volume Shampoo and Conditioner, $20 each.

"After seeing these pink shampoo and conditioner bottles precisely EVERYWHERE over the last few weeks, I drove to a Coles for my weekly shop and picked up a set. I've only used the sulphate, silicone and SLS-free products twice but so far, I'm really impressed with the results. I even forced my partner to stroke my hair to validate how soft it felt." - Amy.

Slip silk sleep mask, $44.00

"I have a silk pillowcase from this brand and swear by it for a good night's sleep, so when I saw their eye masks I knew I needed one. With my star sign embossed on it. Because how bloody fancy is that?" - Tamara.

I don't understand why clothing stores aren't considered essential when our 3 basic needs are food, clothing and shelter. A couple stores sell some clothes still like family dollar and I obviously can buy online but I just don't understand why a basic need wouldn't be essential. Also those slippers are adorable!
