The most star-studded celebrity wedding since George and Amal.

And not a Kardashian in sight…

Guy Ritchie, known more for his former marriage to Madonna than for his work as an impressive filmmaker, married a model named Jacqui Ainsley last week at their country home in Wiltshire, England.

It was beautiful and all, sure, but the most exciting part about the nuptials, which stretched over a number of days because fame and all that, was the guest list.

Ritchie, 46, is a filmmaker known for things like Sherlock Holmes and Snatch, so it’s safe to say he’s got a few famous friends.

Ainsley, 33, who has already changed her name on Instagram to be “Jacqui Ritchie”, is a British model with many pretty, tall, model friends.

The couple were joined by their three children, three-year-old son Rafael, two-year-old daughter Rivka and one-year-old daughter Levi, along with Ritchie’s children from his previous marriage to Madonna, 14-year-old Rocco and nine-year-old David,

When money and love come together, a celebrity wedding isn’t just a celebrity wedding. It’s a celebrity extravaganza. There was ‘glamping’. There were quad bikes. There was even a special movie premiere of Guy Ritchie’s newest film, The Man From U.N.C.L.E.

And there were lots and lots of celebrity selfies.

Brad Pitt showed up. So did David Beckham. And actors Armie Hammer and Henry Cavill. Basically everyone who has ever made an impact on Guy Ritchie’s life was invited, except his former wife of seven years (and the mother of one of his children) Madonna. Awks. Although should we be surprised when, in a recent interview with The Sun, she said her marriage to him made her feel incarcerated?

Anyway. We hope Guy and Jacqui Ritchie are very, very happy together, with little-to-no incarceration.

Does this wedding make you want to get married? (Of course it does).

You know I was thinking about weddings today because I was driving down parramatta rd in leichhardt (anyone who knows Sydney knows there is a strip of wedding shops there) and as per usual every single mannequin was wearing a strapless wedding gown. And I thought to myself that has been the same for at least the last 15years and I've never heard of any other fashion lasting so long and I wondered if when I'm 95 when people are wearing some space age garb will it still be compulsory to wear a strapless gown, or will one of the boutiques in Leichardt (and elsewhere) dare to have a gown with sleeves and perhaps be hunted down by an angry mob of bridal designers who have somehow passed some kind of law that you are not allowed to sell anything other than strapless!

It particularly annoys me because I have breasts so there is no way I can wear a strapless gown and I figured I mustn't be the only woman in the world who has breasts? So if I actually did want to get married there would no wedding dresses suitable for me. I feel like the wedding designers are like Ford was, you can buy a car in any colour you want as long as it's black. I find it so strange that no gown designe or bridal shop hasn't realised that there is a market for women who want straps or sleeves! Because it's not logical that every single woman in the world wants a strapless dress. Some savvy person should have a bridal boutique that sells everything except strapless, they would make a killing because they would be the only one in the western world.

So anyway it's nice to see this lady has straps, maybe she had to get her dress on the black market. Even when that British royal gal got married and wore sleeves even then the bridal shops still insist on strapless, even though everything else that girl wears sells out.

Hmmm. I can imagine being married to Madonna wasn't all wine and roses either...
