Monkey Bar Flex Arm Hang

If you’re around my age, you’ll remember the flex arm fitness test with as much fondness as getting a cavity filled!

Bench Prison Squat Hovers

Sit on the bench with your feet about hip width apart and put your hands behind your head with the elbows wide.

Park Bench Step-Up

Place one foot on the bench making sure the entire sole of the foot is on the bench.

Tricep Dip

Sit up tall on the park bench with fingers facing towards you.

Keep your eyes up. You should feel this in the back of the arms. Repeat 12-15 times. To make this more difficult, walk the feet out in front of you and straighten the legs.

Monkey Bar Knee Tucks

Find that bar again and grab it with an underhand grip.

Make sure you move with control so you don’t swing. Repeat 10-15 times.
